Malaysian Prime Minister Dr. Mahathir Mohamad will arrive in Pakistan for a three-day official visit. He will be accompanied by a delegation of leading Malaysian businessmen and also be the Guest of Honor at the Pakistan Day Parade on March 23.

According to a statement issued by the Foreign Office, the Malaysian premier will call upon President Arif Alvi and Prime Minister Imran Khan during his stay. A session of round-table talks will also be held between the business communities of the two countries with the two premiers in attendance.

A week back, Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) Director General Major General Asif Ghafoor tweeted regarding the attendance of Malaysian Prime Minister at the annual March 23 Parade.

Nafees Zakaria, the Pakistani High Commissioner in Malaysia, had extended an invitation to Mahathir Mohamad in November last year to attend Pakistan’s National Day on March 23 that was accepted by his office.
